This is new-generation All-in-One elevator controller. It adopts high Performance vector control technology, capable of driving synchronous and asynchronous motor, supporting open-loop low-speed operation, and supporting Canbus and Modbus communication. It allows direct parallel connection of two elevators and realise remote monitoring. The highest number of floors is 16, it widely used in villas and cargo elevators.

Functions List:

System Configuration

All-in-One Elevator controller combines Elevator controlling and Vector control Frequency Inverter together. Beside possessing the traditional basic functions of elevator controlling, it also has optional functions like pre-open door and remote monitor.

The whole systemincludes theAll-in-oneintegrated elevator controller, car top board (MCTC-CTB), hall call board (MCTC-HCB), car call board (MCTC-CCB) and optional door pre-open module, and optional remote monitoring module.

Optional Parts:

If any optional part in the following table is required, specify it in your order.

All-in-One Elevator Controller Terminals:

Main Circuit Board(MCB) Controlling Terminals:

Car Top Board (MCTC-CTB) Control Terminals and installation:

Hall call Board (MCTC-HCB)

As an important interface between users and the control system, the MCTC-HCB receives hall calls and displays the current floor and running directiontothe hall. This board can also be used as car display board.

Car Call Board (MCTC-CCB)

The car call board (MCTC-CCB) is another interface between users and the control system. Each CCB comprises 24 inputs and 22 outputs, including 16 floor buttons and 8 functional signals. The CCB mainly collectsCarbutton calls and outputs signals of the button call indicators.

Emergency Evacuation at Power Failure

Passengers may be trapped in the car if power failure suddenly happens during the use of the elevator. The emergency evacuation function at power failure is designed to solve the problem. The emergency evacuation function is implemented in the following threemodes:

  1. Uninterrupted power supply (UPS)
  2. Emergency automatic rescue device (ARD) power supply
  3. Shorting PMSM stator.

Parallel Control of Two Elevators

The FZX86 supports parallel control of two elevators, which is implemented by using the CANbus communicatioNto makeinformation exchange and processing between the two elevators.

Opposite Door Control

FZX86supports opposite door controlin fourmodes:

  1. The front door and back door opensimultaneously upon arrivalboth forhall calls and car calls.
  2. The correspondantdoor opens upon arrival athall callsof the door, while atcar callsThe front door and back door act simultaneously upon arrival .
  3. The correspondantdoor opens upon arrival athalls callof thedoor. Upon arrival for

car calls, front door opens in default, back door open by manual.

  1. The correspondant door opens upon arrival for halls call and car calls separately.
